Wunderhorse is a band I haven’t been able to get enough of since I heard [Teal](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RvyXV-rYA2o&ref=earwaxmag.com) from their debut album. There isn’t a song on their follow up album **Midas** that matches it, but there’s plenty of tunes that fall into my favorite genres - sad dude tracks: a Wunderhouse speciality.

Arizona is absolutely a sad dude track, and it also gets bonus points for mentioning Boston. What can I say? I’m a sucker for the hometown mentions.

Sung with conviction and performed with a grittiness, it’s an album highlight, and I’m looking forward to catching it live next month.
